I offer Single Personal Training Session where we work on a daily gym routine. Ask about our Monthly Personal Training Session include Weekly Unlimited Sessions, Meal Guide Help and Access To Recovery Tools. Weekly Boxing Bootcamps: experience 1 hour group session, entry level boxing class. These include personalized training plans, nutritional advice, and more. Each program is tailored to your individual fitness level, goals, and lifestyle.

I'm a beginner. Can I still train with you?

Absolutely! Our Weekly Boxing Bootcamp, are 1 hour and require no experience in boxing. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, you can surely benefit from this experience. Ask about how I can create a program that suits your needs and helps you achieve your goals.

How do online training sessions work?

Online training sessions are conducted via video call. I'll guide you through the workout, provide feedback on your form, and answer any questions you have. All you need is a stable internet connection and some space to move around.
